A mobile order management system that allows retailers and sales representatives to have easy and user-friendly order processing
About client
Our customer is the largest ice cream manufacturer in Russia. Iceberry offers assistance in branding shop equipment and offers POS materials to boost sales for many local retailers, as well as international.
Challenges
The mission of this project was to build the logic to the existing design. We worked on the features for sales representatives to order ice cream, frozen meat, and convenience food; and the ability for managers to edit these orders through a tablet.
Work with units of measure
The most interesting task was to give an opportunity to work with different quantities. The ice cream comes in boxes, kilograms/grams, or a piece.
Order control
The app allows managers to monitor orders made by sales representatives. If an ordered product is out of stock, the manager can offer an alternative.
Information on the customer
The manager can keep track of clients’ information, i.e. their sales volume or pricing level. That allows to consider the customers’ needs and offer goods accordingly.
