Inde is a web based magazine about life in Kazan and the cities of the Republic of Tatarstan. This project has existed for a long time, the website is updated daily and is very popular.

Challenges

The customer wanted inbound technical support, to cater to the technical queries and issues faced by the server. The main challenge is that we worked in the production environment therefore all the bug fixes had to go as smoothly as possible. Our work included website performance improvement and we are currently providing technical support to the platform.
